and this is my first blog post.

I know I am a bit late in jumping on the blogging-bandwagon, but then again, I was the last on my block to switch from vinyl to CD’s. (I still own a turntable, and no, I am not a DJ.) Right now, I am not going to focus on one particular point of view, subject, or frame of mind. As a friend so recently commented, “Focus, what focus?” My interests vary from day to day, because I probably have ADD. At this writing, my hobbies lie mainly with gardening, working on my 1914 Spanish bungalow in the LBC, hoarding animals and talking to gay guys on the internet. (I prefer “fruit-fly” over “fag-hag, thanks. The stereotype that gay guys have the best taste in food, home decor, etc., is happily true IMO.)
